Integrated version of Visual Python
Now, Visual Python uses same core source code for its extensions on Jupyter Lab, Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab(CWS).
- Added build.sh executable files to distribute new package (Only supports development environment on Linux)
- Fixed to consider all platform (Jupyter Lab, Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab)

The ipywidgets installation code generating during package installation is removed, due to version compatibility issues with MarkupSafe.
