This commit adds unit tests for the `return_choices_for_columns()` function to verify that it returns a list of column names with the appropriate data type when a user selects a specific plot type. For instance, a line plot should return all column names; a bar plot should return only columns with categorical data types; and box plots, histograms, and scatter plots should return only columns with numerical data types.
