Vizly-notebook

This release deprecates `thread-dev` in favour of `vizly-notebook`. This is to improve cohesion with [Vizly](vizly.fyi), make way for the cloud version and to improve searchability as "thread" was an overused term that was tough to search for.

To try it:

pip install vizly-notebook

- Improves Ollama AI generation for multiple cells

- Fix the execution timer to only start for a cell when it is starts executing

To test it out:

pip install thread-dev==0.1.21

- Adds ability to run OpenAI directly on the client side without the need for a proxy server
