Due to the order of the scaling the `eread` command was non-scaled. This caused it to be off by a factor of 2.65x this is corrected and marked as a 0.3.0 from 0.2.0 because correcting the read can easily be considered a breaking change since the loading size of embroidery has changed.

This new version has full loop versioning where reading and writing the same embroidery design will remain the same size.

Corrected eread command.
