Vu1-monitor

First Minor Release
This first minor release brings with it a final set of features:
- async dial execution support
- timeout configs
- documentation updates

A new feature release that adds:
- `vu1-monitor start` & `vu1-monitor stop` commands that allow for background monitoring of hardware
- new `--auto` flag for `vu1-monitor run` that allows for automatic selection of dials
- refactored internals that improve code quality
- AMD GPU support

Alongside this there are a few bug fixes:
- connection timeout handling
- GPU reporting bug

Hot fix release
Hot fix release that addresses:
- corrected mistake in the default port number
- corrected the GPU percentage reporting

The first Release of VU1-Monitor
VU1-Monitor is releasing with the following commands:
- run (starts hardware monitoring)
- backlight (changes the backlight of dials)
- image (changes the background image of a dial)
- reset (resets all dials to their default)

The release includes support for MacOS & Linux for all dial types (CPU, GPU, MEMORY & NETWORK) and GPU Support for NVIDIA GPUs.
