This release of wafer make a few minor improvements to the 0.5.x series.
Notable improvements are:
* Add section tag around speakers page content to allow styling of the elements on the page. * Add a published flag to pages (specifically allow the load_pages management command to skip unpublished pages). * No longer include empty slots in the penta XML schedule. * Update the wafer_speaker_tickets management command to default to listing provisionally accepted talks since these are the ones most frequently checked.
