8.3.0

---------------------
Added optional dependency (psutil 5.9.5, it was already there, it was missing in the README.md and in the .toml)
Reorganized the optional dependencies in three extras, and added the instructions for PYPI-based download of those in the README.md and in setup documentation

Python version constraint relaxed to: >=3.7 (and added recommendations in the docs)

8.2.0

---------------------
Config file structure has changed (additional properties for the 3D spectrogram).

Option '--multitab-ui' is SUPPRESSED.
Now the newer multitabbed UI is the default. To use the old one, you have a new flag in the command line.

Now the 3D spectrogram allows background color configuration ('bgcolor')

Added a command line argument allowing to place, in the multitab UI, a plot in a DEDICATED tab regardless
of the current grid layout.
Eg: with --dedicated-tab wvlet 3dspctg
you would have these two plots (wavelet transform and 3D spectrogram) each of them in a single tab, all by themselves. Even if the tab grid is configured
as a holder for 2x2 (4 total) plots.

Created GIT Project as a placeholder for the documents (https://github.com/pmatteo68/wavecracker).

8.1.1

---------------------
Amended README.md and other docs from a few inaccuracies
Dependencies install script now robust in front of multiple Python installs on the system
Known issues, change log, setup and user manual files split (python, matlab)
All docs now in english

8.1.0

---------------------
Made available on https://pypi.org/project/<something>/8.1.1
(pip install <something>)

7.2.1

---------------------
Now the tool is more independent of its python files root directory, and conf dir is now under 'src'. Preparing for PYPI packaging
Boot checks modularized

7.2.0
