Changing the behavior of get_all_color_rules and condense_the_rules

Now with code to get all color rules, not just global colors.

Adding a test for a single file in a project folder.
Adding the British spelling for any color keyword with gray (grey) in it.

Fixes CSS variables by replacing the var(--var-name) with its value.

Adding get_unique_font_rules to test for typography

Messed up last release by deleting branch from which I created it. Still learning the hard way.
