Complete rewrite in Typescript.

The expectation is this is not a breaking change and is mostly backwards compatible, with the following exceptions:

- Typings used before this version may break
- Some methods no longer accept the optional `query` param

- Renamed `installer` to `authenticatedUser` to fix 66
