Whats-my-name

This release includes:

1. Code base upgraded to Python3
2. Update of the JSON file from WhatsMyName repo
3. Inclusion of output file
4. General merge of changes to README etc. + new files from the parent repository.

Included Manifest.in so a default json file is included in the package.

First release of packaged version of WhatsMyName.

Can be installed from pip.
