fix the withRedacted, the bool test "is the other way around"

- add withRedacted: bool False to show redacted data if True.
- add a split on white space of a provided cmd so that building a replacement whois works (can be shown with adding verbose=True as it shows the command to execute).
- add a analizer to investigate current iana tld and suggest missing tld's we can add, still some issues with utf-8 domains but a good step forward.
- updated readme to show the fixed output of whoisdomain -d google.com (no type column)
