Wicksell

This release allows to use a frozen distribution as base distribution. Similarly, the transformed distribution can now be frozen as well.

Conventional syntax
This release mainly drops the old optional arguments (``baseloc`` and ``basescale``), which are replaced by the the conventional ones (``loc`` and ``scale``)
