Workforcesim

This release has restructured WorkforceSim as a FastAPI web app with an HTML page as its user interface.

Changes introduced in this release include:
- Completion of most of the core functionality relating to Personnel, Behaviors and Records.
- Enhancements to the causal interrelationships between various types of events (e.g., between certain Behaviors or Records and workers' Resignations or Terminations).
- Addition of a "priming period" that runs the simulation for a specified number of days prior to start of the "official" period whose Behaviors and Records will be retained for visualization and analysis.

Changes introduced in this release include:
- Addition of two "control stats" (Strength and Openmindedness) that have absolutely no influence on workers' behaviors.
- Updating of some behavior types (e.g., Lapses and Slips) to have them triggered (or at least made more probably) by certain complex combinations of earlier events.
- Addition of a randomly-assembled "Note" for certain entry types.
- Implementation of True Positive and False Negative records made by managers in relation to workers’ Good and Poor actual behaviors.
- Recording of workers’ Attendance behaviors by managers.
- Calculation and display of basic statistics regarding the accuracy of managers’ recorded estimates of workers’ actual Efficacy (e.g., mean squared error and mean absolute error).
- Allowing running of the simulation and generation of visualizations to be executed independently.
- Addition of a unique timecode prefix for XLS filenames containing outputted simulation datasets.
- Addition of pickling for saving and loading of completed simulation datasets.
- Minor changes to allow the package to be run more easily in Google Colab.

Updates descriptive text and versioning number format.

This release of Synaptans WorkforceSim transforms its overall package structure, eliminating some previous models and adding others. Additional visualizations have been added to the simulation and the documentation has been updated.
