Xrft

A release candidate to test PyPI.

In this release, we have:
- Implemented the inverse DFT;
- Added more options for the window function;
- Parallelized the isotropization of spectrum;
- Implemented energy/amplitude correction for windowed spectrum.

Fix detrend implementation.

Remove pyproject.toml to fix installation issue.

Minor release to test new github workflow.
