release without SLC cross spectra part. (moved in https://github.com/umr-lops/xsar_slc )

first version of cross spectra computation.
A future version of the methods to compute cross spectrum from SAR Sentinel-1 IW/EW TOPS SLC products will be released in a separate repo soon. This release is done as first proto working version.

windspeed inversion. gradients direction convention are now relative to antenna ( not atrack)
