Publishing of any new releases to PyPi is currently blocked until https://github.com/psnc-qcg/QCG-PilotJob/issues/174 is resolved and published to PyPi as PiPy does not allow direct imports (see e.g. https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/6301#:~:text=What%27s%20the%20problem%20this%20feature,yields%20HTTPError%3A%20400%20Client%20Error).

Initial minimal viable candidate release for testing and user feedback before official v1.0.0 release.
