Updated SDK and implement new commands

* Updated README file to mention installation using [pipx](https://pypa.github.io/pipx/installation/).
* Added `zanshin organization scan_target alerts` command to list alerts from a single scan target.
* Added scan target filter to `zanshin organization alerts` command.
* Added commands 'zanshin organization alert_summary`, `zanshin organization scan_target alert_summary` and `zanshin following alert_summary` to summarize existing alerts.
* Added commands `zanshin organization scan_summary`, `zanshin organization scan_target scan_summary` and `zanshin following scan_summary` to summarize state transitions brought by scans.

* Added new `following` and `alert` commands to implement more API functionality;
* Moved `profile` and `format` to global options using Typer callbacks;
* Added a `verbose` global option that controls the outputting of the number of entries printed and the total elapsed time.
