Improvements

* Adds `zoia tag` command to tag entries in the library.
* Adds `zoia config` command to edit the configuration file.

* `zoia` can now add PDFs directly.
* `zoia` now uses a SQLite backend by default.

Breaking changes

`zoia` will now assume that the metadata file is located in `$HOME/.local/share/zoia` rather than in the library directory. If you would like to continue keeping the metadata file in the library directory you will need to edit the config file (`$HOME/.config/zoia/config.yaml`) and add the line:


db_root: path/to/library

* `zoia add` can now handle DOIs and ISBNs.
* Added a new `zoia edit` command to edit metadata.
* Improved the success messages.
