Now can be used in the python library and has basic functions, supports http (*NOT HTTPS/NO SSL*)

Including running directly from the python file without needing to create another HTML file and only needing python. Development is still needed for stable web use and HTTPS support is still not available.

First release of _kular.py_

What is _kular.py_ ?
_Kular_ is a simple python framework that helps people make websites only with python, The project is currently under development and updates are expected weekly. _kular_ is not available on the python library yet but is expected to be available soon.
