Adafruit-circuitpython-icm20x

This release includes adds the example code that was missing from the README and should allow the library to deploy to PyPi correctly

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the [Adafruit CircuitPython bundle](https://circuitpython.org/libraries).

To use in CPython, `pip3 install adafruit-circuitpython-icm20649`.

This release includes
* Basic accelerometer and gyro readings
* adjustable data rate and measurement range for the gyro and accelerometer
