Modified the RSS Feed/Notification panel :
- Added markdown compatibility meaning notifications with "content_md" will correctly parse that content to HTML.
- Fixed a bug with the "lastTimeSeen" property where the badge icon showing the number of new elements wasn't showing the correct value.
- Added the new tags "new" and "current" that will be displayed as a Chip. New versions of the release and new services will get the "new" tag. The current installed release will get the "current" tag.
