Minor release to fix export of CSV on windows

3.0.1 is now ready for public consumption.

This version is so many changes that a major version bump was required.

- Python 2.x is no longer supported at all.
- The documentation will be updated over the upcoming 2 weeks to match this new version.

Major refactor to incorporate tons of FR.

Still a WIP for the CLI, and docs will need to be re-done. But the most commonly used functionality is functional.
