Brython-server

* Update Brython to 3.11.2 (3.11.3 does not support turtle; 3.12 is not supported by current build tools)
* Includes updated ggame 1.1.3
* All updates support Python 3.11, with code style and linting updated accordingly
* Fix automated code test through Github for Brython-Server and Ggame

* Bleeding edge update of Brython to 3.10.6 and put out all the fires that erupt from that (mostly to do with console and error reporting).
* Eliminate the use of a developer token for accessing Github API. This also eliminates the need for Redis caching source files, which is a significant expense for hosting!
* Redesign Google authentication and authorization flow to eliminate deprecation warnings.

Corrects release error in previous version that didn't incorporate latest Brython.

Fix for issue 14: Python runtime errors will handled and reported correctly.

* Update to Brython 3.9.0
* Fix turtle problems

Maintenance release closes issues 12 and 13.
