0.2.0alpha.3

The subcommands `chrs ls --tree` and `chrs download` will rename feed and plugin instance folders to be feed names and plugin instance titles respectively. This is the default behavior. Original fnames from the API can be used instead with the `--raw` optional flag.

These subcommands can be used in conjunction with the `chrs feeds` command which lists feeds and their output file paths.

Currently, "renamed" paths/fnames are not accepted by `chrs` as parameters.

0.2.0alpha.1

- new command `chrs feeds`
- direct binary download now includes vendored OpenSSL

0.1.0

- new functionality `chrs run-latest` and `chrs plugin-help`

0.1.0alpha.2

Difference from [0.1.0-alpha.1](https://github.com/FNNDSC/chrs/releases/tag/chrs%2F0.1.0-alpha.1): `chrs run-latest` has different usage (as promised), now supports FS-type plugins.

0.1.0alpha.1

Added features `chrs run-latest` and `chrs describe` for creating plugin instances. The CLI usage is likely to be changed in a future release.

0.0.31

First release of `chrs` with the intention of stable-ish CLI and internal API.

- `chrs login` allows you to save _ChRIS_ login tokens using a keyring for multiple users and even multiple instances of _ChRIS_.
- `chrs logout` removes tokens saved by `chrs login`
- `chrs pipeline-file add` uploads pipelines from a JSON file to _ChRIS_
