Chrs

chrs upload .` is now supported.

New feature: `chrs upload --feed ... --pipeline ...` command can upload, create a feed, and run a workflow all in one step!

Fixed a bug with `cars pipeline-file convert` from YAML to JSON.

chrs tree` now supports being run without arguments to list the root contents.

Added a friendly error message when keyring is not available.

Three commands for interacting with _ChRIS_ files have been introduced in this release:

- `chrs upload`: upload files to _ChRIS_
- `chrs download`: download files from _ChRIS_
- `chrs tree`: browse files in _ChRIS_
