Added

- `covalent/_results_manager/write_result_to_db.py` module and methods to insert / update data in the DB.
- `tests/covalent_tests/results_manager_tests/write_result_to_db_test.py` containing the unit tests for corresponding functions.

Changed

- Electron `type` column to a string type rather than an `ElectronType` in DB models.
- Primary keys from `BigInteger` to `Integer` in DB models.

Removed

- Unused requirements `gunicorn` and `eventlet` in `requirements.txt` as well as `dask` in `tests/requirements.txt`, since it is already included in the core requirements.

Docs

- Updated the compatibility matrix in the docs.
