Cruddy

Add a sample Lambda handler. Factored out a re-usable Lambda handler. Changed the return value on `increment` to be the new value rather than null.

Added a `--decrypt` option to the CLI.

Fixed the `README.md` to reflect that `encrypted_attributes` can be a list of lists, not just a list of tuples.

Fixed a bug in the CLI related to Lambda function name.

The cruddy CLI can now be used to work with a DynamoDB table directly or via an AWS Lambda handler.

Use Expression Attribute Name to ensure counter does not conflict with reserved words in DynamoDB.

Added a CLI for cruddy-based Lambda controllers.

Changed `query` to `search`.

The `increment_counter` now takes an `id` rather than an `item`.
