CVXPY 1.1.19 is a patch release (i.e., a bugfix release) in the 1.1.X release series. It's released concurrently with CVXPY 1.2.0, which has the same set of bugfixes as well as additional features. CVXPY 1.1.19 supports Python 3.6 to 3.10, while CVXPY 1.2.0 only supports Python 3.7 through 3.10. You can read about version 1.2.0 [here](https://github.com/cvxpy/cvxpy/releases/tag/v1.2.0).
