Dbt-timescaledb

All TimescaleDB functionality has been implemented. Check the docs](https://dbt-timescaledb.debruyn.dev/) to browse through all current features.

In the next version we'll either go to a beta release, or work on some kind of virtual materialization for hypertables as explained [here](https://dbt-timescaledb.debruyn.dev/usage/hypertables/#virtual-table).

- continuous aggregate refresh policies
- compression now fully supported
- reorder policies
- fixed a few bugs

Another update on docs

Structured release notes will follow as soon as the first stable version is released

Documentation update

* Add all other hypertable configuration options
* Add support for hypertable compression (no policies yet)
