Even more bug fixes.

Bot now ignores itself and the leaderboard is slightly easier to query

Fixing up a broken test and our travis release process

This release includes a bunch of new features and minor bug fixes!

Noticeable PRs:
194, 199 - New Leaderboard(s) and fancy pants formatting
195 - Allow slack bots to participate, this helps us in our behavioral testing!
198 - History command no longer pings everyone in it's list, thanks Manioc909 !!
201 - Winning guesses now have their reaction sourced from a pool of choices
202 - Milestones now have custom congratulations messages every 50 points and on every 100
203 - Leaderboards are now 'dense rank' so people tied for 2nd are all ranked 2nd now instead of just 2 and 3.

All other PRs were small fixups/etc.

Triggering Travis and Dockerhub

This release just triggers a docker build

179 - Cache slack user info for 2 days min (performance improvements)
