Adds a simple CLI for autodiscover and preview

To use, simply run `framegrab autodiscover` or `framegrab preview`

Minor bug fix for auto-discovering cameras on Linux machines

Autodiscovering cameras now returns the cameras in a deterministic order (based on serial numbers). This helps applications using FrameGrab to be sure of which camera is which.
