* Made project to be more like Flask
* created docker test for cli tools
./scripts/dockertest.sh
* Updated cli tools and ./scripts/gencli.py to make the doc generation safer
* Added ./scripts/genchangelog.py to auto generate the changlog based on
tags and git commits
* Added ./scripts/deploy.py to automate deployment and versioning
