- Smalt fixes to fragments library building;
- Improvement of custom glycans library metadata.
- Fixed a bug where the reducing end tag wasn't being considered for the fragments building when using the GUI.

In this release it's also included one binary that works with the console, useful for debugging/troubleshooting. Feel free to use it and report any errors found and what lead to it.

- Indicator of glycans with MS2 data added beside the peaks, with direct access to the annotated MS2 spectra by clicking on it;
- Major improvement to Samples Comparison window, by reducing alignment calculation time for the second time and onwards with the same QC parameters.

In this release it's also included one binary that works with the console, useful for debugging/troubleshooting. Feel free to use it and report any errors found and what lead to it.

0.0.13beta

- Added ambiguity indicators on GUI:
- A black diamond is shown besides glycans that have the same atomic composition (and therefore mass) of another glycan on the list;
- By double-clicking a peak of that glycan, you'll have access to the glycans it has ambiguity with.
- Added a search field above the glycans list that allows you to filter the list.

In this release it's also included one binary that works with the console, useful for debugging/troubleshooting. Feel free to use it and report any errors found and what lead to it.

The sample was removed from this release in order to save space. Will be made available again in the future. In the meanwhile, feel free to try GlycoGenius with any samples you've got that meets the minimum criteria for analysis (ie. MzML/MzXML LC/CE-MS N/O-Glycans/Glycopeptides).

- Combined ambiguities in results saved in Detected Glycans, Total AUCs and metaboanalyst sheets.
