Created new (emulated) work modes **Eco charge mode** and **Eco discharge mode** as convenience shortcuts to enter inverter Eco Mode with single configured charging (or discharging) group valid all the time (from 00:00-23:69, Mon-Sun) and with charging power set to the value of another new configuration entity called **Eco mode power**.

Fix concurrency issues in multi inverter setups.
Fix set work_mode behavior in ES inverters.
Improve set work_mode behavior in ET inverters.

Add configuration button entity to set inverter clock to current Home Assistant time.
Add support for get/set grid_export_limit to DT/MS/D-NS/XS inverters.

Replace services with configuration (select and number) entities accessible from the HA's device detail screen.
On-grid DoD, grid export limit and operation mode are exposed.
(The operation mode is know to not completely work on ES/EM/BP inverters, there is still the "reset inverter" command missing.)

Use new HA 2021.11 feature of sensor categories, mark most of sensors as diagnostic sensors.
Many internal code changed initiated by reviews from ha/core pull request.

Add proper support for MS inverters, exposing also 3rd PV string values.
Adjust units of apparent and reactive power values.
Remove invalid ES e_total_* sensors.
