Implement proper UI flow configuration of the plugin, the yaml configuration is no longer supported.
The plugin can now be added the standard way: Configuration > Integrations > Add Integration
(Optional parameters can be later specified via Configure button of the integration UI)

Improved handling of "Unavailable" sensors, they are no longer returning None values (which could spoil statistics) but properly change their HA state to "Unavailable".
Fixed house_consumption formulas.
Fixed handling of empty/None unit names.

Fix ES house_consumption

Fix power factor scale (ET).
Remove obsolete pload sensor (ET).
Fix house consumption calculation, include backup-consumption (ES).
Add decoding of diagnostic status (ET, ES).
Switch internal implementation to pypi library.

Improve checking of UDP responses so they are not only syntactically correct, but they actually respond to executed request.
(Plus many internal code improvements and some few more ET/EH sensors.)

ET and EH inverter implementations were merged into single one, which means lots of new sensors for the EH inverters.

Update to HomeAssistant 2021.9.1+ APIs
Added several new sensors for ET and ES inverter families.
