Gwsumm

This point release contains a bug fix allowing the downstream consumer [**`gwvet`**](https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/gwvet/) to process CWB triggers.

The first major stable release of GWSumm, with numerous new features, enhancements, and bugfixes, including:
