Point release mainly for compatibility with [VET](https://github.com/gwpy/vet), including:

* Fixed use of `Plot.add_legend` (258)
* Added unit tests for HTML construction (256)

This is the first release of gwsumm - a python toolbox used by the LIGO Scientific Collaboration for detector characterization
