Dependencies version bump up.

- Fix `parse.parse_log_into_dataframe()` issue with `JengReplyRowWithMismatchedColumnsException` if parse 1 data row.
- Dependencies versions bump up.

Add parse log curve info list from log reply with `parse.parse_log_into_curve_info()`.

Log curve info list for generate log query is now optional.

Add `WMLS_GetFromStore` query generator with specific log index interval.

Fix WSDL file not included when installing using pip.
