Fix unable to connect different WSDL and service URL endpoint.

Add log reply parser:
- Mark test for easier CI/CD (unit and integration).

- Add log query generator.
- Add NOPIMS data for testing.
- Improve documentation.

- Add coverage and code quality test.
- Improve documentation.
- Improve code implementation based on test results.
- Remove sensitive credentials.
