* Add file with expected test results.

* Added the Jira LinkID to the extracted data file, as this can be used to manipulate links via API.
* When charts_from and charts_to command-line parameters are used the CFD data is filtered to the time range.

* Fix text and spacing in CHANGELOG.rst

* Update setup.py so that download_url is based on version variable.
