* Fixed cache v. persist R-min / R-max / rings precedence issue so that persistence will invalidate the cache

Projection Traces
* Added the option to manually select an axis of projection for axis aligned boxes instead of automatically detecting it based on length and width
* Added a first version of oriented boxes with arbitrary center or center fixed at the global image center

* Added 1D Scan capability when the step size is 0 in the X or Y direction

* Added new recorded test Pickle files that are compatible with Python 2 and 3

* PyOpenCL is a requirement
* GPU acceleration is now enabled by default if PyOpenCL is installed
