- Allow downsampling factor other than 4 to be used in `pyramid.write_pyramid`
- Temporary pin Zarr version (>=2.10.0, <2.11) until the issue in 2.11 is resolved

- Support non-pyramidal and non-tiled tiff
- Fix affine matrix computation to handle different pixel size target images
- Use entropy to detect whether an image is a brightfield or fluorescent image (was using `dtype`)
