Pynagram

- fixed capital wordlist problem (lp:786415)
- stopped using deprecated pyqt signals (changed activated to triggered for menu items)

- added multiple word list capability
- created a GUI to switch between, add and remove word lists
- created a config module that simplified the implementation of the multiple word lists
- resized About window to avoid GPL being hidden

- Made 'Add' and 'Remove' buttons on the word list selector, using push buttons instead of a buttonbox.
- Changed internal working of the config module as it was messy and didn't work on Windows
- Fixed issue with JSONDecodeError by defining it if simplejson not imported
- Resized about window as GPL (copyright) notice was partially hidden

Pynagram was becoming too easy to play because it was displaying the solved word for a fleeting second before the word was shuffled. Fixes LP:587762.

- Used a new QIcon object and added files to it so that it could choose between icon files rather than sending two different QIcon objects to the setIcon method. This fixed the icon issue on Debian
- Made the Start Menu shortcut on Windows "Start In" the application directory. This allows Pynagram to find icon files relative to itself
- Removed words with characters outside [a-z]. One game had characters outside a-z. Such games will clearly be unplayable. This was a regression as 0.4.0 stopped checking words when loading the word list.

First stable release. Changes from 0.3.4:
- Minor changes to back-end to improve start-up time
- Windows installer
- Fixed other minor bugs (icons not showing, wordlist path not detected in some cases)
