The 0.3.0 introduces a big change to the configuration. A great example of the new ``riotfile.py`` is the [one used by riot itself](https://github.com/DataDog/riot/blob/ee86648b6effbfa7304877fd7ee63ce1c10896d5/riotfile.py). Along with the configuration updates the following changes have been made:
- Documentation has been added at https://ddriot.readthedocs.io/en/0.3.0/.
- Python 3.9 and pypy are now officially supported.

- More detailed release notes will be used from this point forward and will be located in the documentation.
