Scifireaders

EMDReader for ThermoFisher Velox software with reasonable speed added.
Crucial metadata are parsed into metadata for all EM Readers.

Breaking Changes:
DMReader returns list of datasets, as required by SciFiReaders.
Compatible with new numpy and sidpy version.

emd reader and pynsid files reading speed improved

Small changes to this release:

- Updated SPM readers to account for changes in sidpy
- Updated image reader
- Minor bug fixes

We also added some more test coverage to the package.

In this release, we fixed bugs in the IgorIBW reader as well as a Bruker AFM file reader, which can read images and force curves. Some additional testing is incorporated, and finally, this release contains some minor bug fixes (e.g., for the Nanonis readers).
