In this release, we fixed bugs in the IgorIBW reader as well as a Bruker AFM file reader, which can read images and force curves. Some additional testing is incorporated, and finally, this release contains some minor bug fixes (e.g., for the Nanonis readers).

This release adds some more readers including full support for images and spectroscopy from Nanonis controller-derived files, as well as extended support for the latest version of Digital Micrograph (DM4). On the backend, testing coverage has also been improved.
