What's Changed

Scihub is getting shut down in favor of dataspace.copernicus.eu any day now. [`sentinelsat` may or may not convert in time](https://github.com/sentinelsat/sentinelsat/issues/583) since they are saying it's a big change.

This release switches over to query the OData API directly and drops `sentinelsat`.

Bugfix for restituted orbit problem found by asjohnston-asf and cmarshak in 39

Main change is padding the search to find an orbit that starts at least ~100 minutes before the acquisition time.

Pad the beginning/end of SLC acquisition times so that we dont have an edge case of downloading orbits exactly at the start of the SLC.
