Added CSS override to display definition lists with the proper style. This is due to a bug/undesired behaviour within the RTD theme package.

This release tweaks the default table column widths for the sphinx extension.

This patch release adds the ability to parse a tuple of default types, and renders it as `<type 1> or <type 2>..` in the options table.

Changes:
- wrap default value with backtick if the default type is a string
- added table caption based on the name of the class

This release updates the expected YAML file format. Also added a README to describe the extension.
