Bug Fixes:
- Corrected a bug (1) related to genome names with non-folder compatible characters.

New Features:
- Added a new feature that includes a summary file of taxonomy information in the output folder.

The databases installation function missed the install argument

Bad backend so conda recipe didn't built

Now it point to the good script (__main__.py)

Tax_myPHAGE should now be normally correctly built for pypi
