Added a script called rclone.py to allow the re-image of databases without removing the env file and re-running the entire menu.

Updated downloading logic.

Shards 1-3 now grab pruned Shard 0 database.

Shard 0 still goes to the traditional location.

Will continue to monitor and upgrade settings as DBs move around.

Updated for stats on testnet, now using env for resolution instead of old method.

Better compatibility for alternative usernames.

Updated stats based off of a suggestion in discord from Leo earlier today.

Added this to rclone downloads to increase number of files coming at once, 3x speed increase on SFO3 in tests.
